Feeling anxious or low but not sure why?

Old ways of thinking and behaving can prevent you from feeling fulfilled; it’s easy to feel stuck and hard to understand the reasons why. It is difficult to ask for help for fear of being let down or worse, feeling a failure. So why is it helpful to see a therapist? Meeting for a once weekly session gives you a safe space to confront what you need to and untie the ‘emotional knots’ that prevent you from living a fulfilled life.

What I offer is a private space to explore these unhelpful ways of thinking freely, with no judgement and no pressure. By sharing and verbalizing your thoughts and feelings, we can work together to understand the causes of your anxieties and reframe how to think about them. I have a track record of working at the NHS, MIND and The Samaritans, where I successfully helped alleviate patients’ fears and enabled them to change their lives for the better, even in a relatively short space of time.
