I have a Masters Degree and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology, Regents College) and I am a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist. I work according to the ethical code of the UKCP guidelines.

I have experience of working with both long and short-term patients at the Co-ordinated Psychological Treatment Service at Guy’s Hospital dealing with issues such as post traumatic stress disorder, post natal depression, low self-esteem, phobias and extreme anxiety. I also worked at MIND (City & Hackney) where I provided support for mothers and fathers dealing with parenting issues and as a Samaritan at the London Central Branch, helping people in crisis.

Previously, I worked as a Television Producer for the BBC and Channel 4, and have a good understanding of what it is like to work in a pressured environment.
